Smok Infinix and Smok Infinix 2 Review

Smok is not known for pod devices, but the company has been making some excellent pod kits over the past few years. The Smok Infinix was described as one of the best pod systems on the market when it was released in 2018. Earlier this year, the company followed up with the Smok Infinix 2. Both devices have the same basic structure as the Phix and the Juul. The main appeal of these devices is their simplicity. The Infinix and the Infinix 2 are very similar in terms of their design. The Infinix 2 features only minor upgrades. However, it feels way more powerful. Both devices are best suited for mouth-to-lung vaping.

Smok Infinix
The Smok Infinix is an ultra-portable device. It measures 110mm by 12.5mm by 11mm and weighs 22g. The device is made of zinc alloy and polycarbonate. It has a diamond-shaped finish and a matte finish which feels good in the hand. The Infinix has a 250mAh non-removable battery. The charging port is located under the device, and it takes just 25 minutes for the battery to recharge. The Infinix supports pass-through so you can vape while it is charging.

The pod that comes with this Smok device can hold only 2ml of e-juice. The filling slot is located on the side of the device and is covered by a silicone cap. The pods are fillable. You can use the Infinix to vape either nicotine salts and freebase nicotine e-liquids. You can use each pod about 10 to 15 times before you need to refill it. The filling pod is very small, so Smok included a needle tip bottle in the package. You need to fill the needle tip bottle with your e-juice before you can put it in the Infinix.

The pod and the battery section of the Smok Infinix have a magnetic connection. This is a draw-activated device. There is no button on it. Instead, there is a single LED light on it. The device has a wattage range of 10W to 16W.

Smok Infinix 2
As indicated above, the Smok Infinix 2 is very similar to its predecessor. The Infinix 2 has a 450mAh battery with a wattage range of 10W to 15W. It also comes with a 2ml pod which contains 1.4 ohm coils. The pod has been designed to give you a more intense flavor. Also, the device delivers harder hits than the Infinix 2.

The Smok Infinix 2 is slightly bigger than the original Infinix. It measures 110mm by 12.5mm by 12.8mm. Every other aspect of the Infinix 2 is the same as the original. This is a draw-activated device, and it doesn’t come with any button. The LED on the battery doubles as a battery light indicator. The light flashes green when the battery level is around 100 percent and 70 percent. The light changes to orange when the battery is around 70 percent and 30 percent. It turns red when the battery is around 30 percent or below. Despite their similarities, the Infinix and Infinix 2 coils are not compatible.

The Smok Infinix and the Infinix 2 are available in different colors like red, blue, and gunmetal. These devices are available at Vape4Ever online store for $17.99 and $31.99 respectively.
